General

With the exception of 1st - 14th February and, occasionally, Christmas and New Year, we are open to guests year round.(WE ARE CLOSED UNTIL 15 JAN 09)
Check-in/out times are usually 4pm and 10am respectively. However, we do aim to be flexible where circumstances allow. Our car park is located at the rear of the house - just follow the drive round but ignore the 'private drive' sign!!



Cancellation Policy

We would draw your attention to our cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit unless we are able to re-let the room(s). If more than 14 days notice is given, deposits are fully refundable. This also applies in any circumstance beyond our control where we have to cancel a reservation.



Additional Meals

Evening meals may sometimes be possible. Reasonable advance notice would be required - please ask. We are also happy to provide packed lunches/picnic hamper but these would require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
